It was time to take our much loved collections to those who wanted to buy and use them, but couldn't. That was the beginning of our online journey.

At the heart of Mera Rang is Rabia, our founder and head designer, whose passion for fashion is woven into the very fabric of our garments. With over 12 years of hands-on experience in the fashion industry, Rabia's journey began in the humble beginnings of a mom-n-pop store and evolved into the thriving heart of our 100% in-house manufacturing operation.

Rabia's designs spring from her daily life and the vibrant world around her, capturing the essence of both tradition and modernity. From IIM Bangalore's entrepreneurship program, she has a profound clarity of vision that infuses every aspect of the business. Under her watchful eye, each piece is crafted with love, care, and an unwavering commitment to quality.

Aditi Giri

Fashion & Merchandising

With over 20 years of experience in international fashion, design, and merchandising, Aditi brings a strong global perspective and deep industry expertise to Mera Rang.

Having worked with multiple international fashion brands, she has extensive experience across design development, product merchandising, sourcing, product planning, and international buyer requirements. Her understanding of global fashion standards allows her to bridge creative vision with commercial execution.

At Mera Rang, Aditi works closely with the design, merchandising, and production teams to develop collections that are aesthetically refined, commercially relevant, and production-ready. She brings a sharp understanding of what international buyers expect from product and quality to execution and timelines.

Jitender Sharma

Jitender Sharma, our skilled Production Manager, brings a robust eight years of experience from a leading export house to Mera Rang. With his extensive expertise in production management, Jitender oversees our entire production team, ensuring that every piece of clothing meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship. His adept leadership and deep understanding of the production process enable our team to operate efficiently and effectively, maintaining the integrity and authenticity of our designs. Jitender's ability to manage and motivate ensures that Mera Rang continues to excel in delivering exceptional garments to our customers.
